Overall proficient design support to your products, we'll make the mold flow analysis to define the gate location, sink marks on all the complicated molds, mold sketch, mold 2D & 3D and relevant modifications where requested by the customers.

Mold fabrication:

Prototype molds and total production molds mainly in the domain of automotive, household appliances, medicals, packageings, electronics.  Proficient in all kinds of molds like multi-cavity, overmolding, bi-material, gas valve, hot runners in the fabrication standard DME, HASCO, LKM.

Injection moldings:

Equipped with press from 80T to 500T, we're capable of making all the productions in our production workshop to make good sure the good quality control of the products.

Mold modification and maintenance:

We can do the mold modifcations according to the customer's request and arrange the regular maintenance of all the molds which have not been yet exported.
